EVA · Feedback and surveys

Hear from your attendees while they experience your event.

Tell EVA what you want to learn. When it fits the conversation, it asks the question, saves the answer and brings the data together so you can understand what worked and what to improve.

  1. 01

Define what you want to learn

Rate a session, learn which activity is most valuable or find out what attendees would improve. You can define several objectives.

  2. 02

    EVA asks when it fits

It brings in the question using the available conversational context. Answers can be a choice, a rating or an open comment.

  3. 03

    Responses become data

EVA saves each person’s response. Bring answers together and present what you learned in a report for your client or management team.

First, define what you want to learn.

Before the conversation and report, the organiser gives EVA an instruction. This objective guides the networking example on this page.

Data gathered: workshops as the chosen option and the reason for that choice.

A rating, a choice between options or a comment in their own words: each response adds data you can bring together to understand the experience, share results and plan the next edition.

Illustrative example. The names and situation are fictional.

From conversations to a report you can share.

Bring answers from different objectives together to show what attendees value, how they describe their experience and what they want to improve. A report for your client, management or the team preparing the next edition.
