What we process, in short

This site has no forms, it does not ask you to create an account and it does not follow you around the internet. All there is: analytics that count visits without identifying anyone, and an email address you can write to.

Who processes the data

Sinapser. For anything to do with this policy, write to projects@sinapser.com.

Why you see no cookie banner

Because we use no cookies. The analytics we run store nothing in your browser and give you no identifier that outlives the visit, so there is no consent to ask you for. The only thing this site keeps in your browser is whether you prefer light or dark mode, and only once you change it with the switch. That preference never leaves your device, and you clear it by clearing the site data.

Visit analytics

We use Umami ↗, installed on a server of ours. It is not Google Analytics and it shares nothing with third parties for advertising. For each visit it records the page viewed, where you came from, the language, the country, the browser and the type of device. Your IP address is used for an instant to work out the country and to group the pages of one session, and it is not stored.

None of that tells us who you are, and it cannot recognise you if you come back another day. It gives us the one thing we care about: which pages get read and which do not.

If you write to us

Every contact button opens your email client with a message to projects@sinapser.com. When you write to us, we process what you tell us in order to reply and, if there is a project, to take it forward. The legal basis is your own request. Our email is hosted on Google Workspace, acting as our provider. We keep the conversation for as long as there is a commercial relationship, and for as long as legal obligations require.

Links to other sites

From here you can follow links to LinkedIn, to Eventscase and to AI Coding Patterns. The moment you click, they are in charge: each one has its own policy and we do not control what they collect.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to us processing it, or take it somewhere else. Writing to projects@sinapser.com is enough. If you think we are getting it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency ↗, our supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change something, we change this page and its date. Last updated: 7 August 2026.
