Sinapser is an AI innovation lab focused on events: artificial intelligence and human soul, together, to design the future of the industry. We do not come from generic consultancy: we come from running events, with over a decade of applying technology to the sector.
What makes us different: our own product, in production
Our assistant EVA is the first WhatsApp AI agent for events in Spain and it has been running real events since 2024 (Event Innovation Champion 2025). Everything we offer (training, consultancy, implementation, activations) comes out of that experience: we know what works because we have run it ourselves.
Who is behind Sinapser
Sinapser was founded and is run by Iván García, co-founder and former CTO of Eventscase (2016–2024): from 0 to 80 people, €8M raised, offices in London, Dubai, the US and Spain, and accounts such as Samsung, Telefónica, Santander, Danone, the United Nations and the Financial Times led directly, up to the sale of the company at the end of 2024.
Iván has been applying AI to events since 2013: Pickevent, the London event recommendation startup that Eventscase grew out of, already ran on recommendation AI a decade before LLMs. The day to day is on LinkedIn ↗.
