Who is behind Sinapser
Sinapser was founded and is run by Iván García, co-founder and former chief technology officer of Eventscase between 2016 and 2024.
By its sale at the end of 2024, Eventscase had grown to 80 people, raised €8 million and opened offices in London, Dubai, the United States and Spain. Iván worked directly with accounts including Samsung, Telefónica, Santander, Danone, the United Nations and the Financial Times.
Iván has been applying AI to events since 2013. At Pickevent, the London startup that Eventscase grew out of, Iván was already using artificial intelligence to recommend events.

Our solutions
- EVA + EVA Insights: personalises communication through WhatsApp, SMS or a chat on your website. It collects feedback during the event and, with Insights, helps you understand your audience’s interests and build audiences across your events.
- EVA Brain: an AI that works with your whole team’s knowledge. It gathers information from meetings, emails and documents, maintains a shared memory for each project and helps you prepare briefs, proposals and reports adapted to your brand, with permissions and control.
- Athena: your source of information about the events industry. It brings together and analyses studies to help you follow trends and find data for your proposals, reports and decisions.
- AI Activations: experiences such as interactive avatars and AI photo booths, adapted to what you want to create at your event.
