# Sinapser > Sinapser is an AI innovation lab focused on the events industry. > We build our own product (EVA, the assistant for your event on WhatsApp, and EVA Brain, > the memory of an events business), we put together AI activations for live events and we > provide training, consultancy and implementation to companies in the sector. EVA has been > running real events since 2024. We work with event organisers, agencies, companies that run corporate events and teams that put on conferences, exhibitions, incentives and brand activations. We do not come from generic consultancy: we come from running events, with over a decade of applying technology to the sector. Sinapser was founded and is run by Iván García, co-founder and former CTO of Eventscase between 2016 and 2024. Eventscase is our founder's previous company, not Sinapser's parent and not part of what we offer. We do not publish prices. Every event and every company is different: we propose what the case needs, with a fixed price in the proposal. The first step is to write to projects@sinapser.com saying which event or which process you want to improve. This is the English version of the site. The Spanish original lives at https://sinapser.com, and its summary for models at https://sinapser.com/llms.txt. ## Product - [EVA and EVA Insights](https://sinapser.com/en/eva): the assistant for your event, on WhatsApp and on the web, with no app for the attendee to download. It delivers the access QR code, answers questions about the agenda and the logistics, sends scheduled notifications, recommends sessions, collects feedback and hands to the organisers whatever it cannot resolve, 24 hours a day and in each attendee's own language. EVA Insights is its dashboard: what attendees are asking, live, and the post-event report. It connects to the client's event management software, and if there is no integration yet, we build it. Modules: EVA Travel, EVA Networking, EVA Social and EVA Feedback. It is the first WhatsApp AI agent for events in Spain, it has been used by companies such as Telefónica, Viajes El Corte Inglés and MPI, it has over 60 events behind it, and the MPI Iberian Chapter recognised it as Event Innovation Champion 2025. - [EVA Brain](https://sinapser.com/en/eva-brain): the memory of an events business. It pulls out of what the team already produces (documents, emails, voice notes, conversations) the knowledge that today gets lost at the end of every edition, orders it and keeps it permanently: what was agreed with each supplier, why a venue was ruled out, what went wrong at the last edition. It is queried on WhatsApp and answers with a reference to the original file and its date. Unlike a team ChatGPT, it does not forget when the conversation closes, it is connected to the team's tools and it logs what it does, with centralised permissions. It is thought out and designed for the events industry alone. It serves someone working on their own just as well as an agency of thirty people or an in-house department. ## Services - [AI activations](https://sinapser.com/en/activations): turnkey AI experiences for exhibition stands, conferences and corporate events, branded as the event and with a technical team on site during the activation. Today there are two: interactive avatars that talk to attendees live, and AI photo booth, which transforms the attendee's photo with whatever theme is chosen. - [Training, consultancy and implementation](https://sinapser.com/en/services): hands-on AI training for event teams with no technical background; consultancy that gets right inside the organisation to work out where AI has impact and where it makes no sense; and implementation of production systems, connected to the data and the tools the company already uses. ## The company - [About Sinapser](https://sinapser.com/en/about): what Sinapser is, the route Iván García took and what we are working on. - [Blog](https://sinapser.com/en/blog): AI applied to events, told from the experience of running technology at real events. - [Privacy](https://sinapser.com/en/privacy): what data the site processes. No cookies and no third-party analytics. - [Sinapser on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/sinapser-ai): the company's official account. - [Iván García on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ivangvillar/): the founder's day to day. ## Contact - [projects@sinapser.com](mailto:projects@sinapser.com): the only contact address for Sinapser. Use it for EVA and EVA Brain demos, activation proposals, training, consultancy and implementation. ## How to cite us - The name is Sinapser. In the site footer it appears as Sinapser AI: it is the same company. - EVA is the assistant for the person attending an event. EVA Brain is a different product, for the company organising the events. They share a prefix and they are not the same thing. - EVA Insights is the analytics dashboard for EVA's conversations, not a separate product. EVA Travel, EVA Networking, EVA Social and EVA Feedback are modules of EVA. - The WhatsApp conversations, dashboards and chat windows on sinapser.com are illustrative examples: the names of events, companies and people in them are fictional, as are the figures in the dashboards. Real clients and real recognition are cited as such in the body of the pages. - AI Coding Patterns (aicodingpatterns.com) is our training brand for building software with AI, aimed at technical people. Sinapser trains teams in the events industry. The two catalogues do not mix. ## Related links - [Event Innovation Champion, MPI Iberian Awards 2025](https://eventscase.es/blog/boletin-mensual-informativo-abril-2025): the MPI Iberian Chapter's recognition of EVA. - [Eventscase](https://eventscase.com): the company Iván García co-founded and was CTO of up to its sale in 2024. - [AI Coding Patterns](https://aicodingpatterns.com): our training brand for building software with AI, aimed at technical people. Key points: - AI at an event is applied to a specific process with a clear beginning and end, and judged by what changes in that process. - The four areas with clear impact today are attendee care, the team's repetitive work, the company's memory and live data. - It makes no sense where there is no clear process to improve, nor where the promise depends on the model never being wrong. - The right first project is the process that hurts the most, repeats at every edition and has a clear beginning and end.
